Our company provides Environmental Consultancy and Training services to investors within the scope of the Environmental Permit and Licensing Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 10 September 2014 and numbered 29115 and Environmental Consultancy Service with Document Number 221397206.2.3 and investments that are not covered by the regulation.
SUPERVISION, MONITORING and EVALUATION:
Examining and evaluating the organizations according to the Environmental Law and related regulations,
Following the legislative changes and making the necessary information,
Providing services on issues such as regular monitoring of evaluation reports.
PERMISSION AND LICENSE APPLICATIONS:Within the scope of the Environmental Permit and Licensing Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 10 September 2014 and numbered 29115, they have to be classified in Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists according to their environmental impacts and obtain a temporary activity certificate, environmental permit or environmental permit and license certificate. Necessary applications are made by informing and directing the physical and legal conditions.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
An internal audit report is prepared within the first month after the contract period begins, all deficiencies are determined in this report, programming is made in accordance with the legal obligations regarding the work to be carried out.
Every month, the deficiencies identified and the stages related to the work carried out are reported through monthly evaluation reports.
A signed copy of the monthly evaluation and internal inspection reports is delivered to the company official and kept in the Environmental file.
WASTE MANAGEMENT:
Our company carries out the necessary actions within the scope of Environmental Law and related regulations regarding the collection of wastes separately at their source, their separation in accordance with their codes, temporary storage, storage, and sending them to recycling / disposal companies at regular intervals.
PREPARATION OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANS:
Within the scope of the WASTE MANAGEMENT REGULATION published in the Official Gazette dated 02.04.2015 and numbered 29314, the waste management plan is prepared for the prevention and reduction of the wastes it produces and the waste management plan is prepared and approved in accordance with the provision to be approved by the provincial directorate.
PREPARATION OF MINERAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANS:
Within the scope of the MINING WASTES REGULATION published in the Official Gazette dated 15.07.2015 and numbered 29417, '' Waste management plan for reducing the amount of mine wastes, processing, recycling, reuse, use as raw material in another area other than the mine site and disposal. In line with the principles specified in Annex-1, by submitting the EIA Report or Project Introduction File as an annex to the Ministry or Provincial Directorate, reviewing the waste management plan every five years, '' and - By submitting the report prepared according to 4 / C to the Provincial Directorates, the reports prepared in accordance with the provisions of '' are submitted to the Provincial Directorates and their approval is obtained.
